The Self-Entered Tests feature will no longer be available after June 4, 2025. You can continue to review your VA lab and test results in the new My HealtheVet on VA.gov experience. And you can download your self-entered health information report to get any information you entered before June 4.
My HealtheVet is moving, June 4, 2025
We're transitioning to the new My HealtheVet on VA.gov experience on June 4, 2025. After this date, you will manage your health records, medications, appointments, and messages on VA.gov. You will no longer use My HealtheVet as a personal health record to enter and store your own health information outside of your electronic health record.
This change helps ensure that all your important information is in the record your care team relies on to manage your health. Check out the new My HealtheVet on VA.gov today.
Track Health
Sign in to access Track Health. After March 4, 2025, you'll need to use Login.gov or ID.me account to sign in to My HealtheVet and other VA tools.
